Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Daniel B. Souther, 50, no fixed address, was arrested Thursday at 1:32 p.m. and charged with trespassing. Officers Shawn Eaton, Keith Carter and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest on Temple Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joseph W. Monsignore-Chris, 20, 1347 Pawtucket Blvd., No. 31, Lowell, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:47 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Craig Lesage and Scott Peters issued the summons on Macy Street.

Carly Elizabeth Robinson, 19, 394 Main St., Amesbury was arrested Wednesday at 9:53 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Raymond Landry made the arrest at the School Street police station.

Stephen V. Levarity, 21, 164 Whitehall Road, Apt. 3/32, Amesbury, was issued a summons 10:37 p.m. on charges of allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and having an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Whitehall Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded at the West Newbury barracks:

Alexandra Warren, 78, 575 Osgood St., North Andover, was issued a summons Thursday at 10:15 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. Officer Richard Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Ryan J. McCarthy, 29, 24 Old Haswell Park Road, Middleton, was arrested Wednesday at 1:58 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), littering from a motor vehicle and a breakdown lane violation. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.

Helen M. Cymbala, 57, 208 Georgetown Road, Boxford, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:21 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Harvey issued the summons in Newbury.

Jose O. Chavez, 24, 142 Timson St., Lynn, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:24 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to change lanes for emergency vehicle. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Georgetown.

Dennis R. Corriveau, 47, 41 Riverfront Drive, Amesbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 2:38 p.m. on charges of failure to drive in right lane, speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Topsfield.
