NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 23, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Christine H. Ogilvie, 42, 102 Forest Road, Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day in-patient substance abuse treatment program with aftercare, remaining drug and alcohol free, completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains At Risk programs, 2-year loss of license, $600 fine, $150 surfine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and two years probation, $200 court costs; reckless driving, continued without finding and two years probation; reckless driving, continued without finding and two years probation, $200 court costs, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Samuel J. Andriotakis, 19, 52 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; possession of class B drugs, not prosecuted; possession to distribute class D drugs, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $200 court costs, $50 VWF, $50 Drug Analysis fee; carrying a dangerous weapon (four double-edged throwing knives), continued without finding and one year probation (Salisbury).

Jacob Mansur, 18, 27 Victor St., Apt. 17, Haverhill; possession of class D drugs, responsible, $50 assessment; possession of class B drugs, not prosecuted (Salisbury).

Maxwell Kelley, 19, 27 Victor St., Apt. 17, Haverhill; possession of class D drugs, responsible, $150 assessment; possession of class B drugs, not prosecuted (Salisbury).

Bradford J. Connor, 21, 26 Back River Road, Amesbury; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon completing the State Courts Against Road Rage and 1/2-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 VWF, $250 HIF, $300 court costs; fail to stop for police, continued without finding and probation for six months (Newbury).

Peter C. Vlahos, 62, 26 Titcomb St., Newburyport; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon compliance with the restraining order and no abuse of victim of family members, $50 VWF, $200 court costs (Newburyport).

Caroline Curley, 20, 246 Raleigh Tavern Lane, North Andover; driving after license suspension, continued three months, $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Kaila Sweetser, 22, 8 Sawmill Road, Pelham, N.H.; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury trial:

John S. Fallavollita, 26, 14 Parsons Road, West Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; speeding in violation of special regulation, responsible, $190 assessment (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Jan. 24, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Peter C. Comeau, 48, 14 N St., Hampton, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), guilty, 2 1/2 years in the house of correction, 150 days to be served with the balance suspended and two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, 8-year loss of license, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $90 VWF, $250 HIF; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, two years probation; no inspection sticker, responsible, filed (Salisbury).
