MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Moises Cruz, 63, 73 Beacon St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 8:30 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Stephen Ringuette issued the summons on Interstate 495.

Ireida Cruz, 44, 1 Arborteum Way, Canton, was issued a summons Friday at 1:38 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Broad Street.

Michael Doucet, 51, 11 Oliver St,. Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:17 p.m. on charges of operating after revocation or suspension of registration, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Coppola issued the summons on Interstate 495.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Michael Boyer, 55, 66 Main St., Apt. A3, West Newbury, was issued a summons Friday at 11:26 a.m. on charges of attaching plates, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Alexandro DeOliveira, 32, 35 McCoba St., Revere, was issued a summons Friday at 2:56 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Kyle O’Rourke, 17, 4 Tallyshire Road, Groveland, was arrested Saturday at 7:08 p.m. and charged with speeding, minor in possession of liquor and possession of a class D substance to distribute. At the same time, Phillip Franciosa, 17, 8 Newell Farm Drive, West Newbury, was arrested and charged with minor in possession of liquor. Also arrested was Ryan Nickerson, 17, 20 Donovan Drive, West Newbury, who was charged with a previous warrant and minor in possession of liquor. Officers Eric Forni and Coker made the arrests on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Susan E. Cote, 43, 401 Dana Court, Wilmington, was issued a summons Friday at 11:15 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an equipment violation. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.
