Jason Papandrea, 23, 41 Old County Road, Salisbury; assault and battery, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth (Salisbury).
Tiana Collins, 23, 47 West St., Boston; assault and battery of a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery (three counts), guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended for two years, probation for two years, must stay alcohol free and away from victims, Victim-Witness Fund, $90. (Salisbury).
Michael Grasso, 47, 28 Gerrish Road, Salisbury; assault and battery, pretrial probation for six months, no abuse of family members, VWF $50 (Salisbury).
Gideon Dasilva, 27, 3 Macy Terrace, Amesbury; unlicensed operation of motor vehicile, equipment violation, guilty, fine $400, VWF $50 (Amesbury).
Gabriel Noujaim, 20, 13 Norman Ave., Newburyport; possession of liquor under age of 21, continued without finding for one year, VWF $50 (Newburyport).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Jan. 25, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:
Justin Morton, 32, 214 Walton Road, Seabrook; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage, not prosecuted (Seabrook).
Jody H. Morlock, 47, 43 Folly Mill Road, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated-controlled drugs, dismissed (Hampton Falls).
David Gynan, 23, 37 Lake St., Amesbury; driving after license suspension, not prosecuted (Hampton).
Timothy Stinson, 29, 39 High St., Amesbury; negligent driving, guilty, $250 fine (South Hampton).
Robert W. Belanger, 37, 5 Perkins Ave., Seabrook; simple assault, guilty, 365 days in the house of corrections, 30 days to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior, which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations and having no contact with the victim (Seabrook).
Danielle M. Scrima, 36, 3 Florence St., Lawrence; theft (shoplifting), guilty, 60 days in the house of corrections and when released not going into Sam’s Club for a year or the defendant may be charged with contempt of court (Seabrook).
