NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Feb. 4, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

John Chmielewski, 24, 1 Arlington St., Apt. 7, Amesbury; assault and battery, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction, six months to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, substance abuse counseling and completion of a batterer’s intervention program, no contact with the victim, $350 Batterer fee; violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty, two years probation (concurrent), $25 restraining order fee; witness intimidation, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two years; violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty, two years probation, $25 restraining order fee; domestic assault, guilty, six months in the house of correction, committed (concurrent); violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty, six months in the house of correction (concurrent), $25 restraining order fee (Amesbury).

Danielle Denuzzio, 39, 16 Baincroft Road, Malden; unauthorized access to computer system, not prosecuted (Rowley).

Ken Donnelly, 20, 5 Soffron Lane, Apt. 2, Ipswich; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 210-day loss of license, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Maria R. Arce, 47, 104 Lafayette Park, No. 1, Lynn; juror fail to appear, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Ray Lewis, 59, 6 Carriage Hill Road, No. 1, Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, continued for 11 months (Amesbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury trial:

Christine A. Cardello, 31, 1 Ashley Nicole Drive, Plaistow, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury trial:

Donna Reslewic, 48, 577 Union Road, Belmont, N.H.; disturbing the peace, guilty, $150 fine, $37.50 surfine, $50 VWF (Merrimac).
