Adam J. Wright, 31, 66 Waverly Road, Apt. 3, North Andover; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Feb. 7, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Robert D. Martineau, 47, 29 Bradford St., Rowley; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains at Risk programs, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon payment of restitution in an amount to be determined; mark lanes violation, responsible, filed; speeding, not responsible (Rowley).

Joseph D. Tucker, 44, 70 Whittier St., Haverhill; juror fail to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Feb. 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

David S. Janvrin, 38, 144 Centennial St., Seabrook; operating an off-road recreational vehicle on a public road, not prosecuted; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of personal injury, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

David Nassor, 43, 79 Silver St., Seabrook; criminal threatening (intimidation), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; attempt to commit simple assault, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Domenic J. Bondar, 28, 12 Black River Road, Amesbury; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).
