NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Feb. 8, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Corey Basilere, 20, 15 Union St., No. 2, Lawrence; larceny over $250, dismissed upon payment of $200 court costs (Amesbury).

Paul R. Haynes, 45, 314 Water St., Wakefield; juror fail to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Danielle P. Jones, 23, 2 Highland Road, East Kingston, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, pretrial probation for four months, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation four months (Merrimac).

Gary L. Woodworth, 58, 147 Hampton Meadows, Hampton, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 fine (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Monday, Feb. 11, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Casey S. Jones, 36, 36 Exchange St., Lawrence; false name to police, guilty, 30 days in house of correction, two days deemed served (Amesbury).

Kenneth Kazarosian, 43, 44 Merrill Road, Watertown; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, one year supervised probation, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed; possession of a class B substance, dismissed (Newburyport).

Doris Bravo, 20, 83 Walnut St., No. 1, Lynn; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for three months with probation conditions, complete State Courts Against Road Rage course, attend half-day Brains at Risk class, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; obstructing emergency vehicle, responsible, filed; obstructing emergency vehicle, not responsible; marked lanes, responsible, filed; state highway signal/sign violation, not responsible; tinted window, not responsible (Newburyport).

Christie Ciampa III, 40, 50 Bristow St., Saugus; juror fail to appear, dismissed (Office of the Jury Comissioner).

Gail M. Hutchinson, 52, 229 Miller St., Apt. F9, Ludlow; possession of class A drugs (heroin), continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free (Salisbury).
