Tyler Thistlewood, 19, 32 Seabrook Road, Salisbury; possession of class A drugs (heroin), pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months conditioned upon completion of the Drug Diversion Program (Newburyport).

Joseph Brandolini, 36, Cabot St, Beverly; driving after license suspension, dismissed; negligent driving to endanger, dismissed (Merrimac).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Feb. 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Holly Vokey, 42, 107 Lincoln Ave., No. 2, Saugus; juror fail to appear, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division on Wednesday, Feb. 6, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Eric MacQueen, 19, 5 Pond Road, Newton, N.H.; inhaling toxic vapors for effect (Bizarro incense), guilty, $62 fine; reckless driving, guilty, 60-day loss of license, $620 fine; driving while intoxicated while under the age of 21, not prosecuted; possession of controlled drugs (a marijuana-type drug known as “spice”), not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Thomas J. Sherman, 65, 10 Thornhill Road, Stratham, N.H.; simple assault, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Jamison Kelly, 31, 13 High St., Exeter; receiving stolen property, guilty, 12 months in the house of correction, six months to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations. The sentence may be served concurrently with any sentence resulting from a pending case before 10th Circuit Court, Brentwood District Division (Seabrook).

Patrick T. McGurren, 28, 26 Laurel Oaks Circle, Ormond, Fla.; receiving stolen property, not prosecuted; receiving stolen property, guilty, 12 months in the house of correction, five months to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations; resisting arrest/detention, guilty, 12 months in the house of correction, five months to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).
