Police Logs


The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Sunday at 11:16 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officers Robert Chatigny and George Cavanaugh made the arrest on Brown Avenue.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert Wesley Crowley, 57, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, Apt. 3D, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 6:28 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and driving after revocation or suspension. Officers Ryan Kane and Daniel Hickman made the arrest on Folly Mill Terrace.

Mathew D. Simons, 31, 3 Pillsbury Pasture Road, Kingston, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 6:21 p.m. and charged with criminal trespassing. Officer Michael Cawley made the arrest at the Route 1 Walmart.

Jerry William Dow, 22, 70 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 11:03 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Beatrice F. Moreira, 45, 13 Pleasant St., Rowley; and Joseph C. Marcorelle, 50, 4 Charlotte Road, Ipswich; were arrested Sunday at 12:55 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, false report to law enforcement and allowing improper person to operate motor vehicle. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrests at the Liberty Lane police station.

Ashlee A. Welch, 21, 93 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 4:03 p.m. and charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Officers Murphy and Adam Laurent made the arrest on Route 1 near Sal’s Pizza.


The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Melloine Trippett, 23, 19 Beckford St., Beverly, was issued a summons Thursday at 11:50 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Richard Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

Shawn Fitzgerald, 44, 95 Middle St., West Newbury, was arrested Friday at 11:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to drive in right lane, resisting arrest, possession of a class D substance and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Barry Coker, John Cammarata and Sgt. Daniel Cena made the arrest on Ash Street.
