Local 4-H members win awards

TOPSFIELD — The Essex Agricultural Society/Topsfield Fair hosted the annual 4-H Recognition dinner, where children involved in Essex County’s 4-H clubs who won an award for their 4-H project were presented a gift for their hard work and effort. This years’ winners included:

Jacques Lussier of Groveland

James Lussier of Groveland

Angela Patriakeas of Groveland

Maria Splaine of Merrimac

The Essex Agricultural Society is dedicated to promoting education. The society has been helping farmers since 1818 and strives to educate the community about the importance of farming and agriculture.
