---- — TOPSFIELD — The Essex Agricultural Society/Topsfield Fair hosted the annual 4-H Recognition dinner, where children involved in Essex County’s 4-H clubs who won an award for their 4-H project were presented a gift for their hard work and effort. This years’ winners included:
