NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Tuesday, Feb. 12, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Miguel Garcia, 38, 486 Hammond St., Bangor, Maine; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; speeding, responsible, filed (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Feb. 14, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Lisa M. Edwards, 60, 80 Central St., Rowley; malicious destruction of property more than $250, continued without finding for one year, $90 VWF, restitution to cover any amount not covered by insurance (Rowley).

Jamie Alicea, 35, 107 Center St., Methuen; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible; permitting operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, responsible, filed; attaching plates, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Paul Gardy, 45, 23 Nahant Place, Lynn; juror failure to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Brendon P. Hambleton, 23, no fixed address, Nahant; juror failure to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Nathan W. Buckley, 38, 9 Stoneybrooke Drive, Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, nine months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Mark Braxton, 20, Sturgis Street, Winthrop; violating an abuse prevention order, guilty, 18 months supervised probation, must remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, submit to substance abuse evaluation, seek/maintain employment, abide by abuse prevention order, stay away-no contact with victim, $250 batterers fee, $25 209A fee, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, guilty, 18 months supervised probation with conditions same as first count (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Feb. 15, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Corey M. Amberman, 20, 11 Boardman St., Newburyport; assault and battery, continued without finding for one year, stay away-no contact with victim, attend anger management program, $50 VWF; sell/deliver alcohol to person under 21, dismissed; intimidate witness, dismissed (Rowley).

Michael M. Daly, 31, 151 High St., Portsmouth, N.H.; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, three months pretrial probation (Newburyport).
