Police Logs


Timothy G. Hartman, 35, 226 Newburyport Turnpike, Byfield, was arrested Sunday at 2:38 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense), marked lanes and fail to dim headlights. Officer Lucey III made the arrest at the Route 1 traffic circle.


The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Xiomara Aries Gonzalez, 23, 164 Pratt Road, Fitchburg, was arrested Sunday at 2:02 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Merrimac.

Yina Jazmin, 25, 1 Hilltop Drive, Beverly, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:18 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation. Trooper Martinelle issued the summons in Boxford.

Suzanne M. Cange, 52, no fixed address, Scarborough, was issued a summons Sunday at 10 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Haverhill.
