Regina Hanlon, 50, 325 East Eagle St., East Boston; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, three months pretrial probation (Salisbury).

Henry J. Exiles, 21, 578 Hadley West Drive, Haverhill; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, not responsible; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Salisbury).

Randy Almonte, 28, 81 Orton Marotta Way, Boston; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, five months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, five months pretrial probation (Newburyport).

Derek Lord, 26, 162 Beach Road, No. 13, Salisbury; fugitive from justice, dismissed (Salisbury).
