SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Jason K. Ouellette, 32, 9 Pierce Ave., No. 1, Beverly, was arrested Monday at 9:28 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a one-way traffic violation. Officer Craig Goodrich made the arrest on Broadway.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Yosemary Jazmin, 30, 42 Macy St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:43 p.m. on charges of fail to signal and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Joseph M. Bairos, 31, 202 Main St., Sandown, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 3:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, fail to stop/yield and operating a motor vehicle to endanger. Officers Steven Reed and Raymond Landry made the arrest on Friend Street.

Joshua Peno, 20, 175 Stage Road, Apt. 1, Nottingham, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Scott Mendes made the arrest at the Strafford County Jail.
