NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 5, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury trial:

Lynn M. Farina, 38, 1495 Bodwell Road, Apt. 25, Manchester, N.H.; resisting arrest, guilty, 18 months probation, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; disturbing the peace, guilty, $150 fine, $37.50 surfine (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 6, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury trials:

Natasha Salimi, 26, 13 Wilshire Drive, Londonderry, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program or an equivalent program in New Hampshire, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Russell Foster, 24, 62 Congress St., Apt. B, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF; $200 court costs; vehicle not meeting safety standards, not responsible (Amesbury).

Heath F. Grant, 37, 4 Park St., Apt. 1, Haverhill; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for six months, $200 court costs, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months (Merrimac).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury trials:

Benjamin Rogers, 18, 7 South Pond St., Newbury; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for nine months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Alan R. Condon, 48, 77 Shire Road, Leominister; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 5, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Michael Hammond, 41, 528 Washington St., Haverhill; violation of an abuse prevention order, continued without finding and probation for 18 months, $50 VWF (Merrimac).
