NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 6, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury trials:

Natasha Salimi, 26, 13 Wilshire Drive, Londonderry, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program or an equivalent program in New Hampshire, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 5, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Michael Hammond, 41, 528 Washington St., Haverhill; violation of an abuse prevention order, continued without finding and probation for 18 months, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Gwen Chabot, 20, 310 Main St., East Kingston, N.H.; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months, $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Mark R. Schwarz, 39, 16 Meadowfox Drive, Apt. A, North Hampton, N.H.; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Ellen M. NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, March 1, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Jeffrey L. Rosenspan, 31, 93 High St., Walpole;, charges of receiving stolen property worth more than $250, number plate violation, possession of an electric stun gun and possession of unlawful caliber of ammunition, brought by Newburyport police, and charges of larceny of a building and larceny of more than $250, brought by Amesbury police, were dismissed at Newburyport District Court due to the defendant’s indictment in Superior Court.

Daniel Crowell, 36, 113 Lincoln Ave., Saugus; juror fail to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, March 4, with Judge Michael Brooks presiding over the bench trial:

Danielle N. Drucker, 20, 27 Buchwood Drive, Danville, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, not guilty; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
