NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Michael P. Casey, 38, 9 Pleasant St., No. 1, Merrimac; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in house of correction, five days to be served, balance suspended for two years, two years probation, must comply with 209A order, attend anger management classes, continue with counseling, no abuse of victim; intimidate a witness, continued without finding f, $90 VWF (Merrimac).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury trial was recorded Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Edward C. Turcotte, 62 Broadway, Pembroke, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, one year probation, 90-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, not guilty; marked lanes, not guilty; speeding, guilty, filed (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Nov. 15 at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Gerard Schena, 56, 123 Main St., Plaistow, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Judith Rokicki, 59, 39E Forest Acres Drive, Haverhill; shoplifting by concealment, guilty, filed (Newburyport); operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days in house of correction, time deemed served; unregistered motor vehicle, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Wanda DeJesus, 29, 90 Cedar St., first floor, Haverhill; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for three months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Deanna K. Milone, 41, 67 Elm St., Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pretrial probation for four months, $50 VWF; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Merrimac).

Kathleen E. Sayward, 52, 172 Main St., Amesbury; leaving scene after property damage, 18 months probation, attend half-day Brains at Risk program, complete State Courts Against Road Rage class, $2,220.75 restitution (Amesbury).
