NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Nov. 16, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding;

Michelle Thompkins, 37, 12 Lapierre St,. Haverhill; making annoying phone calls (three counts), continued without finding for two years, no contact with victim (Salisbury).

Colin M. Navarro, 23, 6 Sullivan Drive, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of drugs, continued without finding for one year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, filed; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued ithout finding for one year, complete half-day Brains at Risk program, $250 HIF (Rowley).

Jean Touma, 34, 186 Oakland Ave., Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, filed; speeding, not responsible (Amesbury).

Brendan Pike, 27, 54 High St., Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for 10 months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Disorbo, 22, 20 Baldwin Terrace, Groveland; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 90-day loss of license, one year of supervised probation, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Carmen J. Scalia, 19 Hubs Hollow Road, Danville, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
