Daniel B. Souther, 50, 25 Temple St,. No. 712, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:02 p.m. on a charge of trespassing. Officer John Gavin issued the summons following an incident on Temple Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Caitlyn Concannon, 17, 28 Mason Court, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 7:55 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Larry Bybee and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Mason Court.
Mary C. Iverson, 38, 294 Harvey Road, South Berwick, Maine; Ryan Landers, 31, 9 Dover St., Dover, N.H.; and Joseph J. Goodrich, 27, 58 Pleasant View Drive, Dover, N.H.; were issued summonses Monday at 7:31 p.m. on a charge of possession of a class A substance. Officers David Noyes and Mulrenin issued the summons following a traffic stop at the Route 110 McDonald’s.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Michael J. Simensen, 26, 58 Cottage St., Apt. 3R, Lynn, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:20 a.m. on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after revocation of registration. Officer Andrew Bridges issued the summons on Route 1.

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Scott J. Almeida, 46, 22 Arnold Place, New Bedford, was issued a summons Monday at 3:40 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Katsarakes issued the summons in Newbury.
Baudilio Lopez-Perez, 36, 61 1/2 Warren St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Monday at 4:27 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Merrimac.
