police logs


The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jonathan Rivera, 18, 1 Park Circle, Newburyport; and Robert W. Brady, 17, 31 Dublin Court, Amesbury; were issued both summonses Friday on a charge of a drug/narcotic violation. Officers Gregory Whitney, Shawn Eaton and Charles Ferlauto issued the summons on a Interstate 95 on-ramp.

Elise C. Willingham, 18, 6 Riverview Drive, Newburyport; Alexander Cudney-Lenovoyi, 19, 35W503 Ridge Road, West Dundee, Ill.; Justin M. Healey, 20, 12 Drew St., Newburyport; and Nicholas P. Healey, 35 Goldsmith Drive, Newburyport; were arrested Saturday at 1:21 a.m. and charged with operating under 21 in possession of alcohol. Nicholas Healey was also charged with furnishing false name to police. At the same time, Molly Welsh, 20, 1 Market St., Newburyport; Sarah Ashley Archer, 19, 18 Coltin Drive, Newburyport; Renee S. Angelo, 19, 32 Frances Drive, Newburyport; and Matthew Mogren, 19, 67 Longfellow Drive, Newburyport; were issued summonses for person under 21 in possession of alcohol and giving false name to police. Mogren was also charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Richard Rocco, Whitney and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrests on the Clipper City Rail Trail.

Justin R. Blood, 33, 8 Celestial Way, Salem, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:31 a.m. on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Whitney and Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Pleasant Street.


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Louis J. Ciprari, 29, 200 Mass-Mills Drive, No. 216, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Raymond Landry, Steven Reed and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Macy Street.

Rebecca A. Kane, 30, 5 Warren Ave., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 4:36 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting by concealment. Sgt. Al Chatigny and officer Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons following an incident at Stop & Shop on Route 110.
