The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jonathan Rivera, 18, 1 Park Circle, Newburyport; and Robert W. Brady, 17, 31 Dublin Court, Amesbury; were issued both summonses Friday on a charge of a drug/narcotic violation. Officers Gregory Whitney, Shawn Eaton and Charles Ferlauto issued the summons on a Interstate 95 on-ramp.

Elise C. Willingham, 18, 6 Riverview Drive, Newburyport; Alexander Cudney-Lenovoyi, 19, 35W503 Ridge Road, West Dundee, Ill.; Justin M. Healey, 20, 12 Drew St., Newburyport; and Nicholas P. Healey, 35 Goldsmith Drive, Newburyport; were arrested Saturday at 1:21 a.m. and charged with operating under 21 in possession of alcohol. Nicholas Healey was also charged with furnishing false name to police. At the same time, Molly Welsh, 20, 1 Market St., Newburyport; Sarah Ashley Archer, 19, 18 Coltin Drive, Newburyport; Renee S. Angelo, 19, 32 Frances Drive, Newburyport; and Matthew Mogren, 19, 67 Longfellow Drive, Newburyport; were issued summonses for person under 21 in possession of alcohol and giving false name to police. Mogren was also charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Richard Rocco, Whitney and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrests on the Clipper City Rail Trail.

Justin R. Blood, 33, 8 Celestial Way, Salem, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:31 a.m. on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Whitney and Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Pleasant Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Louis J. Ciprari, 29, 200 Mass-Mills Drive, No. 216, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Raymond Landry, Steven Reed and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Macy Street.

Rebecca A. Kane, 30, 5 Warren Ave., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 4:36 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting by concealment. Sgt. Al Chatigny and officer Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons following an incident at Stop & Shop on Route 110.

Maria F. Delgenio, 43, 3 Whitewood Circle, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:37 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers David Noyes and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Pleasant Valley Road.

James W. Whitmeyer, 45, 273 Main St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:36 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Nichols, Champagne Jr. and Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Peter C. Comeau, 48, 14 N St., No. 2, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 8:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (fourth offense) and no inspection sticker. Officers Richard Dellaria, Patrick Szymkowski and Daniel McNeil made the arrested Beach Road.

Justin K. Gardner, 23, 15 Fenno Drive, Rowley, was issued a summons Friday at 9:24 p.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance to distribute and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Jeremy Kelley and James Pollard issued the summons on Lafayette Road.

Ramses Medrano, 48, 5 Beacon St., Andover, was arrested Saturday at 12:40 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, speeding and number plate not illuminated. Officers Keith Forget, Ryan Collins and Dellaria made the arrest on Toll Road.

Neal Rahman, 17, 5 Beacon St., Andover, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:33 a.m. on charges of keeping a noisy and disorderly house and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Collins, Pollard and Dellaria issued the summons following an incident on North End Boulevard.

Ryan Hickey, 28, 59 Atlantic Ave., No. 2, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Officers Carmine Cicolini and Christopher Thurlow issued the summons on Cable Avenue.

Nicholas A. Peterson, 29, 122A Folly Mill Road, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 11:40 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Main Street.

Stephen E. Day, 28, 67A Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:41 a.m. on charges of operating a a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Officers Dellaria and McNeil issued the summons on Beach Road.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Christopher Henrichon, 43, 6 Lakeshore Ave., Beverly, was arrested Thursday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Officer Heather Riley made the arrest on Savory Lane.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Robert William Shimanski-Desroc, 22, 88 Silver St., Haverhill, was arrested Thursday at 1:27 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Officer Mark Sayers made the arrest on Church Street.

Terrance R. Jackson, 27, 9 Almette Road, Merrimac, was arrested Sunday at 2:08 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Steven A. Ringuette made the arrest on Broad Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michael W. Whatley, 41, 268 Liberty St., No. 4, Lowell, was issued a summons Friday at 11 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after revocation. Trooper O’Connell issued the summons in Merrimac.

Enily M. Chavez, 24, 7 Lincoln St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 8:25 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.

Timothy S. Rook, 24, 83 Main St., Saugus; and Justin D. O’Neil, 24, 51 Adams Ave., Saugus, were arrested Saturday at 4:38 p.m. by Trooper Grimes in Danvers. Rook was charged with possession of a class C substance, a civil marijuana violation and possession of a class B substance. O’Neil was charged with a civil marijuana violation, possession of a class B substance, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
