Maria F. Delgenio, 43, 3 Whitewood Circle, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:37 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers David Noyes and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Pleasant Valley Road.

James W. Whitmeyer, 45, 273 Main St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:36 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Nichols, Champagne Jr. and Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Peter C. Comeau, 48, 14 N St., No. 2, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 8:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (fourth offense) and no inspection sticker. Officers Richard Dellaria, Patrick Szymkowski and Daniel McNeil made the arrested Beach Road.

Justin K. Gardner, 23, 15 Fenno Drive, Rowley, was issued a summons Friday at 9:24 p.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance to distribute and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Jeremy Kelley and James Pollard issued the summons on Lafayette Road.

Ramses Medrano, 48, 5 Beacon St., Andover, was arrested Saturday at 12:40 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, speeding and number plate not illuminated. Officers Keith Forget, Ryan Collins and Dellaria made the arrest on Toll Road.

Neal Rahman, 17, 5 Beacon St., Andover, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:33 a.m. on charges of keeping a noisy and disorderly house and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Collins, Pollard and Dellaria issued the summons following an incident on North End Boulevard.

Ryan Hickey, 28, 59 Atlantic Ave., No. 2, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Officers Carmine Cicolini and Christopher Thurlow issued the summons on Cable Avenue.
