Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Stephen G. Reardon, 40, 212 Water St., Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 8:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Shawn Eaton, Michael Wilichoski, Michael McGinnis and Sgt. William Steeves made the arrest on Water Street.

Jorg C. Winterer, 66, 52 Ferry Road, Apt. B, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. on charges of malicious destruction of property more than $250, criminal harassment and a civil rights violation. Inspector Matthew Simons issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Danielle M. Hill, 26, 141 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 12:04 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Daniel McNeil and Ryan Collins made the arrest at the Knotty Pine Motel, Beach Road.

Dain Blackadar, 22, 10 Maple St., Byfield; and Cheryl L. Cole, 46, 45 Old Country Road, No. 2, Salisbury, were arrested Tuesday at 11:59 a.m. and charged with two counts each of receiving stolen property more than $250. The arrests were made by Sgts. Robert Roy and Eugene Scione and Officer Richard Dellaria on Beach Road. The arrests were made after police received a report that a pick-up truck had been stolen earlier that morning in Haverhill.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Gilbert Gonzales, 48, 6032 East 42nd St., Tucson, Ariz., was arrested Monday at 1:38 p.m. and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a false identification card and 10 counts of identity fraud. Officers Adam Laurent and Patrick Smart made the arrest following an incident at Radio Shack on Lafayette Road.

Ronald G. Shennett, 51, 23 Beach Road, Apt. D8, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 5:12 p.m. and charged with conduct after an accident. Officer David Hersey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Steven Holt, 43, 28 Tolland Road, North Andover, was arrested Monday at 7:11 p.m. and charged with criminal trespassing. Officers Hersey and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at Olympia Sports on Layafette Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

David John Farrar, 58, 82 Southern Blvd., Newbury, was arrested Monday at 8:09 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Michael Mailhot made the arrest on Southern Boulevard.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Timothy P. Cassidy, 27, 40 Alton Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 12:15 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and failure to signal. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.
