The Rowley Public Library and Council on Aging are co-sponsoring a free seminar on estate planning on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the library. Elder law attorney Margot Birke of Elder Law Solutions will present “Everything You NEVER Thought You Needed to Know About Estate Planning and Protecting Your Assets: A Trip Down the Yellow Brick Road.” Birke will discuss the ins and outs of estate and long-term care planning and shed light on the confusing maze of options when planning for life and special needs.
