Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michael B. Piretti, 22, 36 Markt St., No. 6, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 10:23 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene after property damage. Officers Charles Ferlauto, Christopher McDonald and Charles Eaton issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on Market Street.

Michael Defriesse, 23, 102 Whitehall Road, No. 17, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Eric Marshall and Sgt. Peter Finnegan made the arrest on High Street.

Brandon Bronaugh, 31, 79 Myopia Road, Quincy, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:03 p.m. on charges of fail to stop/yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Michael D. Piercy, 48, 65 Market St., No. 1, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 7:25 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Steven Reed made the arrest on Market Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Evan M. Stockwell, 22, 66 Ferry Road, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and no inspection sticker. Officers James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Natalia A. Teague, 41, 14 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 10:06 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Mitchell Perry, 23, 157 Meaderboro Road, Farmington, N.H., was arrested Friday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with violating a protective order. Officer David Hersey made the arrest on Route 286.
