The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michael B. Piretti, 22, 36 Markt St., No. 6, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 10:23 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene after property damage. Officers Charles Ferlauto, Christopher McDonald and Charles Eaton issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on Market Street.

Michael Defriesse, 23, 102 Whitehall Road, No. 17, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Eric Marshall and Sgt. Peter Finnegan made the arrest on High Street.

Brandon Bronaugh, 31, 79 Myopia Road, Quincy, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:03 p.m. on charges of fail to stop/yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Michael D. Piercy, 48, 65 Market St., No. 1, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 7:25 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Steven Reed made the arrest on Market Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Evan M. Stockwell, 22, 66 Ferry Road, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and no inspection sticker. Officers James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Natalia A. Teague, 41, 14 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 10:06 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Mitchell Perry, 23, 157 Meaderboro Road, Farmington, N.H., was arrested Friday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with violating a protective order. Officer David Hersey made the arrest on Route 286.

Bonnie Elizabeth Matsubara, 21, 4 75th St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 1:14 a.m. and charged with violation of probation or parole. Officers Ryan Kane, David Hersey, Keith Dietenhofer and Sgt. Robert Granlund made the arrest on South Main Street.

James Brown, 22, 33 Hemlock Haven, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 6:26 a.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer Kane made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

David Alexandre Camara Braga, 26, 85 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 7:15 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant and false report to law enforcement. Officer Frank Brown Jr. and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Collins Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

William S. Bailey, 40, 9 Boscowen St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 9:05 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Jesse J. Grodin, 29, 59 Newton Road, Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Friday at 12:41 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding, marked lanes and an equipment violation. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Deborah Canney, 48, 10 Dandview Acres, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Amesbury.

Angela G. Hooper, 31, 27 Chestnut St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 9:57 a.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Related to the same incident, Christopher Francis Bassett, 28, same address, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. and charged with larceny over $250. Trooper Flanagan made the arrests in Newbury.

Christopher Baer, 36, 97 Jane Drive, Candia, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, carrying a dangerous weapon, registration not in possession and marked lanes. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Denis Carrier, 47, 85 Smith Corner Road, Newton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), fail to stop/yield and marked lanes. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.
