NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Neil Mushaweh, 28, 309 High St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 12:25 p.m. on charges of attaching wrong plates and no inspection sticker. Officer Jason Kohan issued the summons on State Street.

Wendy F. Liversidge, 60, 121 State St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:16 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officer Charles Eaton issued the summons on Kent Street.

Andrea Kalligheri, 35, 68 Proctor St., No. 1, Salem, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:22 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officer Dani Michalek issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

AMESBURY

Vielman Feliciano, 31, 42 Webster St., No. 1, Lynn, was issued a summons Friday at 6:50 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Thomas Nichols and Raymond Landry issued the summons on Macy Street.

Nicole M. Noltemy, 34, 39 Monterey Drive, Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 8:03 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle not meeting inspection standards and an equipment violation. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Elm Street.

A 14-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Friday at 11:14 p.m. on charges of failing to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Landry and Charles Sciacca issued the summons on Elm Street.

Randy K. Lacroix Jr., 21, 5 Deer Run Road, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 1:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and being a fugitive from justice. Officers Steven Reed, Lauren Tirone and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Market Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Burt E. Putnam, 58, 32 Ashworth Ave., No. 313, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 4:01 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and license not in possession. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

John E. Gilmore, 29, 105 Water St., No. 4, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 10:35 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), a lights violation and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Hunter, Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Beach Road.

Eleanna Adrien, 35, 170 Beach Road, No. 8, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:59 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (fifth offense), defective equipment and a number plate violation. Officers Richard Dellaria and Craig Goodrich issued the summons on Beach Road.

Samuel Santiago, 32, 196 Bruce St., first floor, Lawrence, and Joshua Solis, 19, 190 Bruce St., first floor, Lawrence, were arrested Sunday at 4:31 a.m. by officers James Leavitt and Dellaria on Beach Road. Santiago was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and possession of a counterfeit note. Solis was charged with two previous warrants.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Ashley S. Calcagni, 21, 36 Temple St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 3:41 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Stephen Smith made the arrest on High Road.

Jennifer Lee Curley, 24, 862 Haverhill St., Rowley, was arrested Sunday at 1:15 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer John Lucey III made the arrest on Route 1.

Robin Cabral, 48, 16 Crownshield St., No. 15, Peabody, was issued a summons Sunday at 8:33 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Officer Lucey issued the summons on Route 1.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Richard J. Cahoon, 21, 12 Janvrin Drive, Unit C., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 8:28 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault, criminal threatening and resisting arrest or detention. Officers David Hersey and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest following a fight in progress on Lafyaette Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Richard Corthell, 43, 23 B St., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 9:46 p.m. on charges of misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document, no inspection sticker and a seat belt violation. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle without authority, possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officer Eric Forni made the arrest on Moulton Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Megan Rothgeb, 24, 77 Prospect St., Whitinsville, was arrested Saturday at 2:33 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation, speeding and a tire tread violation. Officer Derek Jones made the arrest on East Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Emanuel L. Bongiorno, 41, no fixed address, Saugus, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:35 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Bret Moyer issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Wendanne R. Capaviella, 40, 2 Elm St., Stoneham, was issued a summons Friday at 8:30 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license and speeding. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newbury.

Sonja Jasinski, 41, 4 Orange St., No. 6, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 8:35 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as being a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license due to OUI and a brakes violation. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Salisbury.

Vladimir B. Strattner, 23, 32 Central St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 3:50 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Trooper O'Neill made the arrest in Newburyport.

Gerard P. Rogers Jr., 24, 221 Rosemont St., Lowell, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:50 a.m. on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation and leaving the scene after property damage. Trooper Heaphy issued the summons at Anna Jaques Hopsital in Newburyport following a motor vehicle accident with injury on Interstate 495 in Haverhill.
