The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

David Marteloze, 47, 8 Kimball Court, Burlington, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and registration not in possession. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on I-495 south.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Annoggus W. Fisher, 26, 104 East Pleasant St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday at midnight on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Jescuito Medina Amparo, 48, 32 Orchard St., second floor, Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:10 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Sgt. Wakeham issued the summons in Amesbury.

Michael W. Juozakas, 25, 146 Clark Road, Rye, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8:27 a.m. and charged with possession of a class A and class B substance, fail to drive in right lane, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Provost made the arrest in Merrimac.

Robert N. Bailey, 76, 21 Clarks Road, No. 103, Amesbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, fail to drive in right lane, speeding and marked lanes. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Merrimac.
