NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, April 2, in Newburyport District Court, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Paula Clark, 46, 9 Water St., Farmington, N.H.; distribution of Class A drug, 18 months in house of correction, 21 days deemed served; victim-witness fund, $90 (Salisbury).

Daniel Marion, 23, 1270 Main St., Haverhill; operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, six months in house of correction, sentence suspended, two-year loss of license, 14 days of inpatient treatment; $50 Victim-Witness assessment, $250 head-injury assessment; (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Wednesday, April 3, in Newburyport District Court, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Michael Hanna-Evans, 44, 3 Brown Ave., Amesbury; operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, guilty plea, 90-day loss of license, two years of supervised probation; fine, $600, surfine, $150; $250 head injury assessment; $250 OUI fee; $50 OUI Victims assessment; $50 Victim-Witness assessment (State Police, Newbury).

Jill Kloppenburg, 36, 26 Glen Meadow Road, Haverhill; operating with suspended license, dismissed by commonwealth (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, April 5, with Judge Ellen Flatley presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Joanne Hamel, 55, of 6 Westminster St., Amesbury; operating under the influence of liquor, continued without finding for one year, driver alcohol awareness class, 60-day loss of license, half-day Brains at Risk, State Courts Against Road Rage, $250 OUI fee, $250 head injury assessment, $50 OUI Victims assessment, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding for one year; improper turn, responsible (Amesbury).

Michael Visconte, 32, of 41 Kilby St., Woburn; operating under the influence of liquor, continued without finding for one year, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $250 head injury assessment, $50 OUI Victims assessment, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year; driving the wrong way on a state highway, responsible (Newburyport).

Debra Shapiro, 60, of 53 Purchase St., Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed if $100 court costs paid, $50 Victims-Witness assessment (Newburyport).
