ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Don E. Nelson, 43, 663 Riverside Ave., No. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 1:28 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Cross Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Diane Moynihan, 46, 29 Fairway Drive, Derry, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 5:55 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officers Barry Coker and Eric Forni issued the summons on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Ezenwa L. Nwogu, 56, 35 Fenwick St., Revere, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper DePena issued the summons in Newburyport.

Escharlin Pasqual, 21, 31 Observatory Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 3:50 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a lights violation, no seat belt and operating a motor vehicle with a modified height. Trooper Grimes made the arrest in Methuen.

Carlos A. Garcia, 33, 95 Summer St., Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and impeded operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Grimes made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 495 in Merrimac.
