SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, April 5, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Joseph T. Heafey, 26, 54 High St., Apt. 2, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, complaint placed on file without finding (Hampton Falls).

Amber Souther, 44, 7 Folly Mill Terrace, Seabrook; theft (shoplifting), guilty, 365 days in the house of correction, 30 days to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon two years good behavior to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations, and one year probation (Seabrook).
