The Easter Bunny will make a visit to Carriage Pines Golf Club on Dodge Road on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hosted by Girl Scout Troop 60566, the event will include photos with the Easter Bunny, arts and crafts, face painting and goodies to eat. The cost is $6 a child, with adults welcome for free.

Parents interested in learning more about the preschool offerings at Pine Grove School are invited to a preschool information night on Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The open house will consist of an overview of the program and a tour of the preschool classroom. Children must be 3 years old before Sept. 1, 2012, to be eligible for preschool.
The school's preschool program is fully accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Classes meet two, three or four half-days each week. Tuition is based on the number of days per week a child attends. Financial assistance based on income is available for those who qualify.

The Rowley Public Library will hold book donation days this Saturday and again on Saturday, April 28, from 9 a.m. to noon. Acceptable items for donation include fiction, nonfiction, art, gardening, cookbooks, hardcover, paperbacks, children's books, and DVDs and CDs in their original cases.

Get ready, get set, read! The Rowley Public Library has announced its book club book for the month of April — "Black Swan Green." The novel by David Mitchell follows a boy through Great Britain in the early 1980s. The book discussion will be held Thursday, April 5, and is open to all.
