NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Dennis A. Surprenant, 45, 21 Mason Court, Amesbury; intimidating a witness, dismissed (Amesbury).

Richard Arrajj, 39, 8 Westwood Terrace, Lawrence; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim-Witness Fund, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license; marked lanes, not responsible (Salisbury).

Lynne Jeuvelis, 53, 3 Wingate St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, six months pretrial probation, Alcoholics Anonymous classes once a week, counseling once a week, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Adam Legare, 23, 4 Birchwood Road, Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in house of correction, sentence suspended for two years, enter and complete 14-day inpatient treatment program, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Donald M. Kozlowski, 46, 45 Spencer Knowles Road, Rowley; violating abuse prevention order, six months pretrial probation, no contact with victim, abide by restraining order (Rowley).

Robert D. Shennett Jr., 27, P.O. Box 252, Hampton Falls, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, filed, $50 VWF; equipment violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Douglas J. Rayworth, 25, 67 West First St., North Berwick, Maine; disorderly conduct, guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Michael A. Scott, 37, 161 Harriet Ave., Quincy; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF, $250 HIF; marked lanes, not responsible; speeding, not responsible (Newbury).

Nathan J. Janvrin, 26, 1 Patriot Lane, No. 2, Georgetown; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in house of correction, 43 days deemed served, balance suspended for two years while on probation, no abuse of victim, remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, attend batterers treatment program, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, guilty, two years probation with same terms as count 1; threat to commit a crime, guilty, two years probation; possession of a class B substance, continued without finding for two years (Salisbury).
