SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division, the week ending Friday, Feb. 22:

Toni Theriault, 18, 114 Cimarron B11, Seabrook; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).

Marissa Eaton, 17, 71 Collins St., Seabrook; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).

Amanda M. Lovejoy, 23, 19 Boynton Lane, Seabrook; possession of controlled drugs (marijuana), guilty, six months in the house of correction and a $434 fine, both suspended conditioned upon two years good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).

Johnathon T. Hoffler, 23, 19 Boynton Lane, Seabrook; possession of controlled drugs (marijuana), guilty, six months in the house of correction and a $434 fine, both suspended conditioned upon two years good behavior that includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).

Anthony J. Beaulieu, 46, 451 South Broadway, Lawrence; driving while intoxicated, not prosecuted; reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine and 60-day loss of license (State Police).

Rachelle L. DeSantis, 28, 67 Lowell St., Methuen; aggravated driving while intoxicated, not prosecuted, driving while intoxicated, guilty, $930 fine and 18-month loss of license (State Police).
