The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Deborah A. Clark, 47, 9 South Pond St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 5:53 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Eric Andrutkaitis and Shawn Eaton issued the summons on High Street.

Cameron Caldwell, 18, 26 Bayberry Road, Newburyport; Cameron L. Roy, 19, 14 Pheasant Run Drive, Newburyport; and Hannah D. Martin, 18, 25 Shore St., Newburyport, were issued summonses Friday at 10:26 p.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Caldwell was also charged with possession of a class B and class D substance. Officers Robert Vatcher, Joshua Tierney, Andrutkaitis, Eaton and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson and William Steeves issued the summonses on Pheasant Run Drive.

Justin Ciampa, 25, 26 Edythe Lane, Peabody, was arrested Friday at 11:41 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Andrutkaitis and Eaton made the arrest in Market Square.

Elizabeth Velasquez, 26, 16 Woodman Way., No. 7, Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:04 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Tierney and Eaton issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

Allison Beth Burnim-Ray, 39, 108 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:58 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Eaton issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

Michael Visconte, 32, 41 Kilby St., Woburn, was arrested Sunday at 3:13 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a wrong way violation. Sgt. Al Maguire and officer Eric Marshall made the arrest on Hill Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Matthew J. Branconnier, 43, 97 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 8:11 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Kevin Mulrenin issued the summons on Elm Street.

Brian J. Rogers, 41, 8 Maple St., Newfields, N.H., was arrested Friday at 8:38 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Thomas Nichols and David Noyes made the arrest on Martin Road.

Robert DiVencenzo, 27, 12 Amesbury St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Nichols and Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Street.

Shannon E. Turbity, 34, 75 Cynthia Lane, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 4:03 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Michael Purvis and Sgts. Craig Bailey and Al Chatigny made the arrest on Cynthia Lane.

Elizabeth Reinhart, 30, 2232 Avalon Drive, Sharon, was arrested Sunday at 1:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Bailey and Noyes made the arrest on Elm Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Robert J. Lanzo, 48, 83A Brown Ave., No. 15, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 6:38 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Michael Walsh, 20, 10 Marble St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 1:14 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance, person under 21 in possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Neil Moody made the arrest on Elm Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Eden Marianna Blume, 23, 158 Winnacunnet Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 4:18 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Dana L. Blackadar, 46, 10 Maple St,. Byfield, was issued a summons Friday at 1:51 p.m. on a charge of attaching wrong registration plate. Officer Michael Croteau issued the summons on Middle Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Eliseo Lopez, 26, 59 Graver St., Lynn, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:40 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and defective equipment (muffler). Officers Richard Merrill Jr. and Mike Dwyer issued the summons on Main Street.

Michael McDonald, 30, 4 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 6:36 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Barry Coker and Eric Forni made the arrest on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Donna L. Monteiro, 47, 11361 Pentucket Blvd., No. 14, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 9:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene after property damage, destruction of property and speeding. Officer Robert Coppola made the arrest on East Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Brittney DeVincent, 21, 19 11th Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 1:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Carry J. Howell, 23, 12 Pope St. B1014, Salem, was issued a summons Friday at 9:36 p.m. on charges of speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.

Gabriel G. Diana, 20, 3 Yale St., Danvers, was issued a summons Friday at 10 p.m. on charges of littering, operating a motor vehicle with modified height and improper operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons on Newbury.

Diana J. Rosado, 47, 1 Peaslee Terrace, Apt. C, Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and fail to change lanes for emergency vehicle. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Christina G. Villa, 21, 514 Washington St., East Walpole, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:13 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Newbury.
