WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Eliseo Lopez, 26, 59 Graver St., Lynn, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:40 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and defective equipment (muffler). Officers Richard Merrill Jr. and Mike Dwyer issued the summons on Main Street.

Michael McDonald, 30, 4 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 6:36 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Barry Coker and Eric Forni made the arrest on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Donna L. Monteiro, 47, 11361 Pentucket Blvd., No. 14, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 9:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene after property damage, destruction of property and speeding. Officer Robert Coppola made the arrest on East Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Brittney DeVincent, 21, 19 11th Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 1:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Carry J. Howell, 23, 12 Pope St. B1014, Salem, was issued a summons Friday at 9:36 p.m. on charges of speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.

Gabriel G. Diana, 20, 3 Yale St., Danvers, was issued a summons Friday at 10 p.m. on charges of littering, operating a motor vehicle with modified height and improper operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons on Newbury.

Diana J. Rosado, 47, 1 Peaslee Terrace, Apt. C, Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and fail to change lanes for emergency vehicle. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.

Christina G. Villa, 21, 514 Washington St., East Walpole, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:13 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Newbury.
