Stephen Dearville, 50, 8 Jean Drive, Seabrook; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, $550 fine with $250 suspended and 20 days in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon one year good behavior including no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violation (Seabrook).
Karen Timmons, 47, 17 Longbrook Road, Byfield; shoplifting, guilty, $1,100 fine, with $500 suspended and 30 days in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon two years good behavior including no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violation (Seabrook).
Matthew A. Lalli, 23, 268 Salem St., Bradford; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).
Nicole Steinhart, 30, 272 Salisbury Road, Salisbury; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $60 fine (N.H. State Police).
HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Friday, Aug. 7, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:
Michael J. McCrevean, 58, 187 Orchard St., Seabrook; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, guilty, $420 fine; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, guilty, $420 fine; additional charges of filing a false report to law enforcement and two other counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs were nol prossed, or discontinued (Seabrook).
Jennifer Pelletier, 22, 336 Calef Highway, Epping; conduct after an accident — leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, $600 fine with $500 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior and payment of $1,324.96 in restitution (Seabrook).
Fireworks over the Border, 443 State Road 286, Seabrook; failure to post legally required information concerning the fireworks sold in the store, charges continued without finding for one year to be dismissed if there are no further violations. Fantasy Fireworks, 571 Lafayette Road, Seabrook; failure to post legally required information concerning the fireworks sold in the store, charges continued without finding for one year to be dismissed if there are no further violations. Allen F. Obey, 55, 33 Pine St., Newbury, N.H.; operating a fireworks store without a license, failure to post legally required information concerning the fireworks sold in the store, charges continued without finding for one year to be dismissed if there are no further violations. Jeffrey Hawkes, 49, 10 Agawam Ave., Hampstead, N.H.; driving without a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 for the VWF (West Newbury).
Danny Mitchell, 35, 14 Lisa Lane, Saugus; forging or misusing a Registry of Motor Vehicles document, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; no inspection sticker, found responsible, filed (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Aug. 6, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Bateman, 28, 4 Cote Circle, Raymond, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, 23 days to be served with balance suspended for two years' probation, 14 days inpatient care at Worcester State Hospital with evaluation and aftercare, license suspended for two years, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF), $50 Operating Under the Influence Victims fee, $250 Head Injury Fund; driving without a license, dismissed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Newbury).
