NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Roy M. Rigordaeva, 55, 63R Church St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Monday at 11:20 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no inspection sticker. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Robert W. Hall, 36, 7 Greenleaf Drive, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 7:59 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Haverhill Road.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Robbi-Lyn Marshall, 21, 241 Route 107, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 9:18 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, possession of a class A substance and marked lanes. Sgt. Timothy Hunter and officer Keith Forget made the arrest on Main Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Derek Swift, 26, 432 Upper New Zealand Road, Apt. B, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 12:53 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest or detention, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and falsifying physical evidence. Sgt. David Buccheri, Justin Murphy, Chester Felch and Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest on Centennial Drive.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

William Edward Connor, 51, 15 Boston St., No. 1, Salem, was arrested Monday at 5:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Edwin Fournier and Michael Traister made the arrest on School Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Ashley Nicole Louis-Jean, 18, 3 Moreland St., Brockton, was arrested Monday at 13:35 p.m. and charged with uttering a false check, attempt to commit larceny and a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Route 1.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Jairo Rodriguez, 21, 33 8th Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 4:09 p.m. and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority and fail to stop for police. Sgt. O’Connor made the arrest in Merrimac.
