NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Daniel W. Fitton, 49, 74 Thurlow St., Georgetown, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:50 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Interstate 95, southbound ramp.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Robert Cole, 45, 2 CCC Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:25 p.m. on charges of marked lanes and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (subsequent offense). Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Mark Davis, 51, 11 Towle Ave., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 6:39 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Officers Justin Murphy and Mark Richardson made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Foggs Corner.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Diego J. Marigoda, 29, 13 River St,. Lynn, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:03 a.m. on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Andrew Bridges issued the summons on Scotland Road.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Franklin Henriquez, 25, 9 Union St., No. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officer Heather Riley made the arrest.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Michael McCarthy, 35, 5 Captain Pierce Drive, West Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:11 a.m. on charges of failure to stop and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Henry O’Shefsky and Michael Dwyer issued the summons on Middle Street.

Jeremy Woundy, 32, 11 L. St., Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 6:18 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Barry Coker and Sgt. Daniel Cena made the arrest on Main Street.
