The following items were recorded in Salisbury police log:
Dawn M. Zaleski-Ingelsby, 42, 10 Hayes St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5:18 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, attaching plates to conceal ID, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a number plate violation and no inspection sticker. Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Route 1.
Jorge A. Montes, 40, 230 Webster St., Chelsea, was arrested Monday at 10:09 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officers Mark Thomas, Keith Forget and Sgt. Hunter made the arrest in Salisbury Square.
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Evan M. McCain, 23, 320 Boxford Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 5:30 p.m. on a charge of carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Michael Traister and Neil Moody issued the summons.
The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
James P. Webb, 33, 4711 Muir Ave., San Diego, was issued a summons Monday at 6:28 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Campbell issued the summons in Merrimac.
Jared T. Wells, 24, 21 Wethersfield St., Rowley, was issued a summons Monday at 3:25 p.m. on charges of accosting/annoying person of opposite sex and conducting a lewd, wanton and lascivious act. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Boxford. According to state police, a female motorist reported to police that a man in another car exposed himself and then began touching himself as they were driving on Interstate 95 in Boxford. The suspect was later interviewed inside the barracks by state troopers.
