Pair face multiple burglary charges

Suspects broke into homes over a period of months

SEABROOK — Local police are expected to charge an A Street resident today on at least two burglary counts after police say he and another Seabrook man broke into multiple homes over a period of months.

Louis A. Pimental, 22, of 7 A St., was arrested by Hampton Falls police on June 10 on a related matter and during a probable cause hearing scheduled for today at Hampton Circuit Court in Seabrook, he is expected to be formally charged by local police, according to Seabrook police Lt. Daniel Lawrence.

Upon his arrest by Hampton Falls police, Pimental was interviewed by local police regarding a string of burglaries that took place on A Street, B Street and Foggs Lane starting in January. During that interview, Pimental named another Seabrook man, Gregory A. Marshall, 28, of 37 South Main St., Seabrook, as his accomplice.

An arrest warrant for Marshall was issued and he was arrested Sunday afternoon when a police officer saw him riding a bicycle on Route 107. Marshall was arraigned Monday at the Seabrook courthouse and is being held in $10,000 cash bail, according to Lawrence.

Lawrence said the two men, well-known to local law enforcement, allegedly broke into Adams Village Trailer Park homes on A Street and B Street over the winter and a Foggs Lane residence in May. In all homebreaks, the suspects gained entry through a back window and made off with jewelry and electronics and cash all totaling thousands of dollars. The burglaries were all conducted during the daytime hours when the homes were empty.

“Basically, it all fit together,” Lawrence said, adding it’s likely the suspects were looking to score enough money for drugs.

Some of the items have been recovered but not all, according to Lawrence.
