NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, June 17, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury trial:

Thomas J. Minon, 40, 19 Downing Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), not guilty; marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 assessment; fail to signal, responsible, $25 assessment (Amesbury).

Judge Richard Mori presiding over the following jury-waived trial:

Timothy Leclair, 22, 1 Depot Road, East Kingston, N.H.; assault with a dangerous weapon (a 2001 Jeep Cherokee), continued for one year conditioned upon staying away from the victim (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, June 18, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Michael D. Vanamburg, 57, 12 Old Point Road, Newbury; disorderly conduct (subsequent offense), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, committed, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; trespass, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently (Newburyport).

Michael D. Vandamburg, 57, 82 Beach Road, Apt. 25, Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, 18 months to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $150 Head Injury Fund; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Gregory S. Vankooiman, 48, 7 Cottage Way, Apt. 1, Salisbury; open and gross lewdness, dismissed (Salisbury).

Steven C. Holt, 44, 6 West Broadway, Apt. 37, Derry, N.H.; possession of class C drugs, dismissed; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, dismissed (Salisbury).

Erik D. Alm, 45, 1 Water St., Apt. 817, Haverhill; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF (West Newbury).

Dana McMahon, 25, 1 Ridgeway Road, North Reading; fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed; possession of class A drugs, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, 21 days to be and deemed served and the balance suspended with one year probation conditioned upon completion of a substance abuse prevention program and remaining drug and alcohol free (Amesbury).
