Kevin P. Bolduc, 27, 6 Alpha St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 fine (Amesbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Michael F. Devits, 26, 1 Dee Dee Drive, Sandown, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; negligent driving, dismissed; wrong way on state highway, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Ezenwa Nwogu, 57, 35 Fenwick St., Revere; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (State Police).

Brittany E. Hussey, 26, 31 Mystic Ave., Lynn; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Michaeleen J. Ruberto, 37, 16 Pillsbury Road, Sandown, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; negligent driving, dismissed; possession of class E drugs, continued for one year; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Merrimac).
