Amanda L. Farnham, 31, 5 Woodman Way, Newburyport; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $1,448 fine, loss of license for two years conditioned upon completion of the state’s impaired driver’s care management program; aggravated driving while intoxicated, not prosecuted (Hampton Falls).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, June 12:

Scott E. Knowles, 17, 8 Bigs Lane, Seabrook; criminal threatening (intimidation), guilty, $500 fine, with $400 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior (Hampton).

Matthew D. Strogney, 28, 41 Border Winds Ave., Seabrook; theft from a motor vehicle, guilty, $300 fine, with $150 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior; theft from a motor vehicle, guilty, $300 fine, with $150 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine; two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism), both counts were placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; theft from a motor vehicle, placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Hampton).

Daniel A. Waterhouse, 29, 3 Bear Hill Road, Merrimac; theft from a motor vehicle, guilty, $300 fine, with $150 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), guilty, $300 fine, with $150 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; two counts of theft from a motor vehicle, both complaints were placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Hampton).

Luis Pimental, 944 Lafayette Road, No. 19A, Seabrook; criminal mischief, not prosecuted; littering, not prosecuted (Hampton Falls).

Michael Adler, 26, 202 Auburn St., Apt. 10, Manchester, N.H.; receiving stolen property, not prosecuted; receiving stolen property, guilty, 60 days in the house of correction (Seabrook).

Jason N. Long, 24 Batchelder Road, No. 115-12, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $930 fine, loss of license for 12 months conditioned upon completion of the state impaired driver’s care management program (State Police)
