NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jack F. Hill, 63, no fixed address, was arrested Monday and charged with a previous warrant. Officers John Gavin and Megan Muldowney made the arrest outside the U.S. Post Office, Pleasant Street.

Jonathan Jette, 28, 20 Atwood St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 4:09 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery. Officers Christopher McDonald, Kevin Martin and Lt. Mark Murray issued the summons after responding to a domestic dispute on Atwood Street.

Matthew Cupan, 31, 140 South Elm St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:56 a.m. on a charge of assault and battery on ambulance personnel. Officers John Schmidt, John Gavin and Sgt. William Steeves issued the summons after responded to a dispute at Anna Jaques Hospital, Highland Avenue.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Steven G. Estabrooks, 36, 65 Cable Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 1:28 p.m. and charged with three previous warrants and resisting arrest. Detectives Steven Sforza, Anthony King and Chief Thomas Fowler made the arrest on Brissette Avenue.

Heather Potter, 32, 478 Carew St., Springfield, was issued a summons Monday on charges of attaching improper plates, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Richard Dellaria, Keith Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

Gabriel Burt, 22, 125 Salmon St., No. 12, Newmarket, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 6:08 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no seat belt and speeding greater than reasonable. Officers Forget and Hunter issued the summons on Pleasant Street.

Krystina Lyle, 18, 54 Middle Road, Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 7:30 p.m. on charges of larceny under $250, uttering a false check, forgery of a check and larceny by check under $250. Sgt. Hunter issued the summons on Railroad Avenue.
