John M. Sousa, 69, 23 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:27 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Christopher Thurlow, David Delling, Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest at the Beach Road housing authority complex.

Moghan Pereira, 36, 10 Henderson St., No. 3, Everett, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:42 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Elm Street.

Justin Flanagan, 22, 72 Fern Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 8:55 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Hunter and Dellaria made the arrest on Route 1.

Taylor Sniffen, 24, 118 Beacon St., Boston, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:45 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a lights violation and marked lanes. Officers Neil Moody and Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

Richard Willis, 29, 60A Wortherly Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 12:52 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender (subsequent offense) and fail to stop/yield. Officers Robert Ferullo, James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on High Street.

Dustin M. Lamontagne, 20, 3 Fowler Brook Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 2:12 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene after property damage, resisting arrest and marked lanes. Officers Tullercash, Leavitt and Moody made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Congress Street.

Marcos M. Huacon, 34, 22 Byron Ave., Salisbury; and Carmen Fontanez, 27, 250 Prospect St., Lawrence, were arrested Sunday at 3:44 a.m. by officers Leavitt and Tullercash at the Salisbury Inn, Beach Road. Huacon was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon , carrying a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles) and possession of a class C substance. Fontanez was charged with possession of a class C substance and intimidate a witness.
