Austin Smith, 18, 5 Colonial Drive, Merrimac, was arrested Sunday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Stephen A. Ringuette made the arrest on River Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Kathryn J. O’Brien, 48, 10 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Newbury.

Francisco J. Rodriguez, 22, 27 Dudley St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 2:24 a.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Trooper Flanagan made the arrest in Haverhill.

Duane A. Bonnell, 37, 62 Washington Sty., No. 7, Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:16 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with revoked license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Haverhill.

Ingrid P. Polanco, 37, 548 Hadley West Drive, Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:06 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension and no seat belt. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Annoggus W. Fisher, 26, 104 East Pleasant St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday at midnight on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Jescuito Medina Amparo, 48, 32 Orchard St., second floor, Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:10 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Sgt. Wakeham issued the summons in Amesbury.

Michael W. Juozakas, 25, 146 Clark Road, Rye, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8:27 a.m. and charged with possession of a class A and class B substance, fail to drive in right lane, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Provost made the arrest in Merrimac.

Robert N. Bailey, 76, 21 Clarks Road, No. 103, Amesbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, fail to drive in right lane, speeding and marked lanes. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Merrimac.
