NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, April 9, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

David Aponte, 24, 4 Lonvale Lane, No.4-102, Amesbury; conspiracy to violate the drug law, dismissed; possession of class B drugs, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, committed and deemed served, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (Amesbury).

Kaylin Lee, 18, 13 First St., Salisbury; distribution of class D drugs, continued for six months conditioned upon completion of the diversion program (Newburyport).

Thomas P. Maes, 64, 29 Lisa Circle, Merrimac; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 90-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; speeding, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Emile J. Comeau, 73, 25 Heritage Vale, Amesbury; violation of a harassment prevention order, continued for three months conditioned upon compliance with the harassment prevention order (Amesbury).

Lorenzo A. Alvarado, 55, 22 Julian St., Haverhill; uninsured vehicle, dismissed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed (Amesbury).

Derek S. Allen, 28, 100 Whitehall Road, Apt. 8, Amesbury; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended with one year probation, $500 fine, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Carlos A. Garcia, 33, 95 Summer St., Lawrence; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, 18 months probation conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains at Risk programs, 90-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; unsafe driving, responsible, filed (State Police).

Kelsey M. Wood, 28, 107 Homestead St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, 18 months probation, 90-day loss of license conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for 18 months conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage program, $250 HIF; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, not responsible; fail to stop/yield, not responsible (Merrimac).

Dean P. Pezzulo, 44, 20 Bridge Road, Salisbury; assault and battery, continued for six months conditioned upon no abuse of the victim (Salisbury).

Adriana Orosino, 27, 10 Sohier Road, Apt. 1, Beverly; unlicensed driving, dismissed with payment of $100 court costs and $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 fine (Newbury).
