NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Darlene Brown, 30, 29 Cedar St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:46 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Officer Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Low Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Rose M. Wile, 61, 14 North Hunt Road, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:46 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Officer Mark Thomas issued the summons on Congress Street.

Jane E. Osinski, 51, 6 Trumpters Lane, Andover, was arrested Tuesday at 7:11 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Thomas made the arrest at the Railroad Avenue police station.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Jacob Lavender, 18, 256 Main St., Groveland; and Thomas Wilson Higgins, 20, 59 King St., Groveland, were issued summonses Tuesday at 10:25 p.m. on a charge of minor transporting/carrying alcohol. Lavender was also charged with having an altered exhaust. Officers Neil Moody and Eric Ryan issued the summonses on King Street.

Garrett M. Parsons, 27, 16 Cherry St., Danvers, was issued a summons Wednesday at 9:10 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on School Street.
